Man refs need to get it together, that boarding call should've been 5 minutes all day long. Was intentional.

What does it take to really spark this team? Granite we are winning but we are playing a bad Sens team and barley winning! Pickard has been as solid as he can be not a real pretty game , we did look better in the 2nd though.

Am I about to say Weiss has been one of the best players tonight. He seems to have his forecheck game going well.

We needed that win, but obviously still too loose defensively and way too many penalties taken. Nice to see some of our top players finally find the back of the net.

To elaborate further, Voracek finally got it going offensively, finding the back of the net twice. They were force-feeding him the puck late for the hat trick and he was just passing it right back to them...Lol So unselfish. Nice to see him get a five point night regardless.

Great to see G get his first. The power play continues to score, but we're also giving them up. Too many penalties taken and you can't get lit up by a couple 19 and 20 year olds. It's not good enough defensively right now and I think everyone realizes that. This is a common theme throughout the Nhl, so it's not just us, for sure.

The hit that seemed to take Patrick out of the game appeared rather harmless. Now we're really losing our depth, but it seems more that when guys don't go 100%, they open themselves up to injury. To be down Patrick and JvR will definitely hurt, but you can argue these guys weren't playing well anyway.

Teams are going to push us around more without the big bodies however.
