Been a season ticket holder years. That is a popular myth.

When the big draw teams come like Dallas, Pittsburgh, etc. they have their share of fans in the crowd but I think that goes for any stadium they travel to. And the fact that AZ causes more false start penalties than any other team pretty much debunks that misnomer.
Thanks. Good luck going forward.

Oh it's a good thing Uncle Petey made a stupid coaching decision on Sunday or you would have all the 12's up in here instead of hiding on their team board....

Sounds good, but would? Wasn't there some bridges burned there.
That was between Chip and Shady. Howie had nothing to do with this. I don't there is an issue here. And we all know Chip burned several bridges.

That's the way I remembered it too but maybe there was more to it ....

They don’t like the fact that the lowly Cards hold that record. I guess when your a better group of fans, it is what it is.

Salary cap isn't a issue for the Eagles, they have the best cap managers in the NFL.

I don't know if that was meant as sarcastic or not but while I may not say they are the best they are clearly one of the best at managing the cap. They always have been.

It was directed at me because I said Banner was always known to be an expert at cap management and posted 6 articles bringing that up but Manster said I’m full of shit and all the writers of the articles were lying ball washers. I have no idea why he is so opposed to that but more power to him. We know the deal.

It's one thing to have a huge watered down fan base for whatever reason... like there is literally nothing better to do in the home city other than eat and watch football (Green Bay, Pittsburgh, etc.).

It is another thing to have a tight fan base like in AZ. A good measure is how shitty they have been but have not missed a sellout since their stadium opened. Or the fact that they hold the current record for home crowds causing the most false starts to opponents.

Say what you want, but AZ fans are passionate about the Cardinals.

Not trying to fight or question your loyalty but Phoenix is an awful football city. Last time they were in the playoffs i remembered what a complete polar opposite the lead up week to the game was as compared to Philly. Literally more Cowboy fans at my job then Cards fans. The might have a tight passionate group but people talk golf more then football. I didn’t see on jersey, one flag in front of a house... not one person talking about the playoff game. Just a totally different culture.

Hahaha

And that doesn’t take into account the guys on the roster who will get pay increases.

Laughable

I love how they inadvertently avoid listing the other players who's contracts expire this season. The $4-5M slush fund teams usually keep in case of injuries. The rookie class. Oh and BTW a guy called Wentz who was almost the NFL MVP last season who's fixing to butt R@#e them.

I see it different. Maybe because our group of friends are Cardinal fans. When the Cards are in the playoffs the valley is a buzz. It’s all over the radio, TV, etc.

For the record, it’s pretty well documented how big of a Cards fan I am and I have never hung a flag in front of my house. And I talk a lot of golf because it is pretty much the golf capitol of the world.

Accurate.

There's other guys that are probably getting cut or restructured, too. Chris Long is gone, $5 mil saved. Jernigan would be a lot of dead money ($6 mil), but $7 million in savings, so he's either getting cut or restructured, too.

There's a lot of guys on their last season who will either renegotiate or get cut. Agholor is $9.3 mil in straight savings if he's cut, Bennett is $7, Kelce is $6.5. They could all be back, but at lower cap numbers.

That's another $35 million or so that will be reduced by some amount, as well. The cap isn't an issue next season.

So is the plan to fill those spots with guys who are playing for free?

You need to replace that talent with comparable talent or fade off to oblivion.

Agholor and Kelce aren't renegotiating for less. They may push some cap money down the road but that just prolongs the problem.

Honestly what do you think Wentz is going to cost? Please serious response only. Howie needs to be stocking up on surgi-lube now.
