Yes, that makes no sense at all. If the guy is active, he's active. Miller could have just as easily received his normal workload in that game, how the hell were you supposed to know how the coaches were going to use him? Also, in my opinion, nobody should ever be penalized for leaving a guy in on a bye or a guy that is inactive for the tight end, kicker, or defense spots in this league because with only 18 on the roster there are certainly times that it could happen. Last week when it was possible that Gronk was going to miss the Thursday night game, we weren't going to drop somebody to pick up a 4th freaking tight end on our roster. It really sucks when you have guys like Greg Olsen that you know are going to be out extended weeks, but since they aren't on IR you can't do anything with them except let them sit on your bench.

I agree. Big difference between a 0 and an inactive player, especially a bye week player. Dynasty we have more leeway too because of the long term nature of the league.

I agree for the most part, and we go through this every year. I use Fantrax and their numbers. Unfortunately they do this once or twice a year.

well if you wanna fall on the proverbial sword, I won't argue, just know that, for good reason, I'm sure looking the other way, and would do so for anyone else in the same situation.

I am in a tough spot... Greg the Leg is not on the IR but injured, so that is one less roster spot. Picked up Parkey two weeks ago and did not see anyone worth picking up for his week 5 BYE.

yeah i got you. I thought u had to have a full lineup or u forfeited, was trying to give ua heads up that night game kickers were available. u wont anyays lol

I am hoping that @Bandit just forgot to use the green tint on that post. Brady had 267/0/0 in the loss to KC last year and KC is the team that injured him 10 years ago.
