HFA could have been basically wrapped up with a win yesterday.

No way are the A's making up 4.5 games in a week

Yup they are heading to Oakland

At best they get 2 wins between now and Sunday.

Tampa is the best team in baseball and we suck out there even when they suck

And Boston would be wise to want to bury us

Yankees still haven't announced who's pitching today.

All I know is they need to make sure Tanaka's on a minimum of 6 days rest for next Wednesday night.

Seriously-what did Happ do yesterday against arguably the worst major league team since last century to merit the most important start of the season?

Better than what Tanaka did against Boston. Also Tanaka performed poorly about 3-4 times since July. Still waiting for Happ to have a stinker.

Won't even get into the difference between the Boston and Baltimore line-ups, but Tanaka's a money pitcher, and the de facto ace with Severino having his issues. On top of that, you know the guy is next to unhittable when he gets 6 + days of rest, and now you've got the opportunity to do just that and you don't?

I will say starting Happ in this scenario would be a Boone move. Hopefully he gets overruled from above.

But if it is all about #'s, Happ been the best pitcher on the team since he was acquired.

He's been great, but IMO their best shot at advancing is a well-rested Tanaka, then you've got Happ all lined up to start twice against Boston.

And Sonny Gray vultures a win. Biggest news might be that Britton is starting to look like the guy from a couple of years ago.

What do you do about Gary Sanchez this winter?

How much of Stantons salary do you eat to send him to The Dodgers?

Why do you need to move Stanton? He hasn’t been an issue, has he?

As for Sanchez, I am not sure. I can’t recall a guy regressing as much as he has this season. They need to get his head on straight first. Not sure Booney is the guy to do it.
