no, they weren't but clearly they are now with that coach. Stupid decision and even dumber to give him that much money and that long of a contract....
You could be right. I'm not sure if he was responsible for Mack but if he was that's horrific. I'd fire him for that...

LOL 73% CHANCE OF WINNING... The Patriots against the Fins. LMAO
Probably about right as the Fins find ways to lose in NE. When they play well they've had some atrocious calls go against them. In the past they would crumble but I think that they are better prepared now. Vet QB, coaches better, better talent overall and are playing like a team. Also tons of speed...should be a good game I hope!

I hate Tannehill. Mostly because when I watch him I like what I see so much, then he manages to disappoint somehow.
I don't think that it's been all on him bad coaching, horrible oline, when he turned the corner he was injured.... We're now seeing him progress hopefully he stays the course.

I do not have any confidence in this game at all. The Lions ran all over them and make the D look like crap... The Fins have speed, DBs and LBs for Pats do not

Oh yeah. I agree completely. He's one of my favorite QB's to watch actually. I loved how he improved his first few years. Then the two with the turnover happy starts, and really strong finishes. The end of 2016 was him playing some of his best football. Had the dud against Balitmore, but outside of that he was playing at an insane level

Then the injury comes...

I hope he does well too, but it's frustrating seeing him show off this elite skill, then flounder back to earth for a while or get hurt

Agreed believe me it's been tough especially when he injured his knee a second time...

Can't disagree it should be a good one as the Fins aren't refined at this point they still make some bad decisions or lack execution. Plus it's in NE and your team will be desperate...

Dolphins will get a loooooottttt more respect if they beat NE this week.
No doubt it's Rodney Dangerfield right now..NO RESPECT....I think I've seen about 10 seconds of highlights and they start talking about the steelers or NE again...

Beat NE and it should come. Jets are a team the browns can beat. Playing the titans at home and winning is nice but not massive, and Oakland looks like a mess.

I hear ya but a wins a win in todays NFL. The raiders were also desperate big time! Jets just mauled Detroit who beat up on the patsies. Titans are 2-1 and beat Jax who beat the patsies.... For whatever it's worth they're 3-0. Win next week is huge either way...

So let me get this right a player would rather bat a ball forward than actually jump on it? You want me to actually believe this? You my friend are the most delusional fan I know. No wonder you were the only one who thought that the ref made the right call...wow!

When time has expired in a game? You bet your ass dummy. Go snort a line with Mercury. It's a rule dummy, live with it.

The game wasn't over tool. Any idiot would know that a defensive player was trying to jump on a live ball to get it back. For a ref to decide that a player was actually even thinking of batting it instead of recovering a fumble is assine. No one does that and the only people who think this way has to be a mentally ill patsies fan who drank too much koolaid. Why don't we have a poll of regular fans and ask them if their player would rather bat a ball or jump on it trying to recover the fumble. Well we already know the answer. This is why most fans heading to NE for a game worry about the refs because in most cases it's totally biased. Your obviously to idiotic to see it and actually articulate that wow my team received a biased call. We've never seen some of this BS before or after it happens in NE....

KJ Wright says hold my beer. Just as an example. It's a rule live with it. At this point I don't even know what actual play you're crying about. The tears have clouded it up.

You're obviously very articulate:rolleyes2:

Blandino: Illegal for Seahawks to bat ball in end zone

I'm sure that there's a place for the rule in a certain context but not when a QB is strip sacked at your 23. There isn't a defender that wouldn't try to jump on the ball. This happened a few years back in NE Miami DE Vernon tried to corral the ball and as he dove for it it bobbled out of his reach. The ref called it batting and gave NE the ball at the 8 yard line first and goal. The ref virtually decided that the DE wasn't trying to possess the ball which goes against any football players lifelong training. The rule wasn't in place for that scenario but this ref for some unknown reason decided to call it. It has never been called like that before or after this occasion. I believe that the ref was reprimanded but you have to wonder what his motivation was. Either way flip the play around and patsie fans would have destroyed downtown Boston if that cost them a game like it did Miami. Too bad that you haven't had an opportunity lately to experience this kind of BS...

OK I've let you dig your own grave deep enough. Funny how even the announcer calls it before the officials. What did you learn the rules from Harbaugh?

Regardless I did enjoy your use of bobbled, squirted and corral. That was entertaining. Your boy Vernon knows the NE player is going to get that ball his only chance was to bat it ahead and hope a Mia player could get to it. It's the rule. It's been enforced many times.

Your butt hurt is chronic I understand this was 2013. You do realize NE was leading when this happened right? So your team is losing, one call is going to change the game in your opinion is that what you're telling us? That is some serious serious butt hurt you have.

Miami Dolphins penalized for batting fumble away

OBTW would it have really mattered if Miami won? They ended 8-8. I guess "HAD" the won this game and the rest of the season the Dolphins would've had a winning record. I can understand you really wish your characterization of bobbled, squirted or corralled was a legit gripe. Sorry for you it was another dismal season, one of so many.
