Elite DC looked pretty non-elite in the 2nd half. Oregon looks good though. See how they play on the road

He showed last night that he's learned. They executed the clock kill perfectly. Text book. They needed to burn off extra seconds and did so without taking risks.

Now if they could stop with stupid play calls like whatever the fuck that fiasco of a first play on offense was... :L

I didn't have a problem with the first play call; what I had a problem with was that it was blatantly obvious that the kid that they had throwing the ball had no business being put in that position. He clearly didn't even look at the field before he threw it; he was in over his head. That had to have shown up in practice when they ran through the play (I refuse to believe that they did not run that play many times in practice before dialing it up on the first play of the game). If you're going to have a non-QB throw a pass in a game, you damn-well should know he's not going to be playing scared when he does it.

Man, line is about the same it was for ASU. Nice to see, but I'm about done trying to pick the Huskies to cover any spread this year. Will take the Ws, but they haven't been doing well with the spreads presented.

I really don't see at this point the Huskies being any part of the playoffs this year and I'm completely fine with that. We're wining well, but just not blowing the doors off the competition that I think would be the req to get to the playoffs after the Auburn loss.

Win the north, win the PAC champ game, and go to the Rose Bowl. That's the goal for 2018 I see as the ultimate prize. Win that bowl and life will be good. Always love those Big10 v PAC matchups on New Years. Playing Wisky or Michigan in the Rose? Sweet.....

A 12 - 1 Washington has a decent shot at the CFP imo.

Can't say I worry much about the end of the season when it's still just week 5 coming up. Way too many games left and too many possibilities to spend a lot of energy over the what ifs.

UW's offense was better this week than last and progress is progress. I'm still worried about the pass rush against strong passing teams, special teams coverage, and overthinking in the play calling.

Can they run the table? Sure, why not? There isn't a team in the Pac without substantial flaws and/or questions. However UW is far from dominating enough to not worry about a slip up somewhere. Just take it week to week and see what happens.

Yes, the do. But we’re not blowing the doors off the competition enough to really move up the polls. I’m really sick how the media reports this narrative that your programs are failures if you don’t make the playoffs which is a load of BS.

Yes. We should always set our goals that high. But I won’t remotely look at us as failures if we go to the Rose bowl.

I add Jake Browning's parents to Husky Nation last night and the first thing the trolls in there do is start shit about Jake. Talk about a bunch of cvnts.
Come on now. You talked a ton of shit about Jake like the other day here. I think we all have at some point.
Parents should not join fan pages and especially QB parents.

He actually prayed for Browning to get injured so the backup would take over the team. So his outrage is queer.

How do you have attendance above capacity? If they are in there then doesn't that mean the stadium has that capacity?
Rated capacity is normally actual number of seats. Attendance is number of tickets sold which I never understood. It's normally not actual gate numbers. But all facilities have the ability to over sell seating. They can go over on suites and sell general admission (standing room only).

I know people who have used general admission standing room tickets.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that Browning's parents don't post on this board.

I have. After my buddy left our tickets in dallas the night before the USC Alabama game we had to buy tickets four hours before game time. We had standing room tickets. But that should count as attendance because we attended and part of the capacity since there's actual designated areas for that.

God I hope not, but it doesn't change that you were outraged over others doing pretty much the same thing you do here, over on FB.

I mean admit it, you aren't happy Browning had a good game Saturday. You want him to fail so they put Haener in. His taking over the team is way more important to you than the team winning. It is what it is.

Now you're just pissing in the wind hoping to hit a target.
