It’s too early to go for two. And that’s okay. The scheme last year was protect Trubisky and run the ball. They didn’t let him sling it ever. The fact he usually does well with scripted plays and shitty when they aren’t scripted (this game excluded) should tell you that he doesn’t understand the offense quite yet.
