That's the rule. If you go down with your weight on top of the QB then they're going to call it. Crawford made sure he extended when he was going down so it's not like he was completely innocent. I don't like the rule too much but that's what it is.

The officiating in this league has been dogshit terrible for about 8 years now. The NFL has been implementing some bad rules, but the retards enforcing them are equally responsible.

I think it’s just incredibly naive for the league to expect the players to stop basically what has become instinct over years and years of playing the sport in one offseason. I mean Clay might as well retire. He’ll probably pull a Vontae Davis and just walk out after his next roughing call.

Anyone catch the roughing the passer call on the push of Drew Prescott that kept their drive going? I mean he barely pushed him... didn't even hit him. This is fing insane.
