For a guy claiming to be a defensive guru, going as far as talking Shit to his players in a super bowl, his defense sucks.
Never, ever, have we as Steelers fans had concerns with defense. I don't know about you guys, but I know I've watched this team for all 6 Lombardi's. And we haven't had the big name guys at times, but guys would come in Pittsburgh and make a name for themselves. Joke used to be, linebackers were a dime a dozen in Pittsburgh, only now we can't find one to save our lives!!!
All the money an the offensive side, maybe some of that money should be spread around.....for fuck sake, as @FaCe-LeE-uS says continuously.....maybe spread a buck or two on a punter. Berry absolutely, positively, unequivocally, fuckin sucks.

And what would it hurt for there to be 2 offensive coordinators and 2 on D???? If Belicheck can do it and be successful, why not Pittsburgh????

I'll tell you why.......

To think I thought the young D was ready to at least be a decent speed bump to the better QBs...they couldn't even slow down a QB in his 2nd game as a starter on their home field...so tell me about it!

One player (especially a CB) shouldn't make THAT much difference on a DEF, but I hope so.

That KC game kinda shook me a little...really didn't see that coming at all.

He shouldn't but he clearly does. It was the same thing last year. When Haden isn't in there the D is a lot worse.

Awful depressing seeing the Browns get their first win, meaning we are dead last in the division for now. Never imagined things would ever be this bad with this much talent on the roster. Embarrassing

Lol...with the wife out of town, I'm gonna take good care of him...treat him to round of golf, lunch and dinner tomorrow...get this back on track. Lol

I do think they bounce back Monday Night, but it's been tough expending much positive energy on those boys the last few days.

I think the desperation factor weighs heavily in the Steeler's favor...I expect Ben and the OFC to play better than last week...they might not get 35 pts, but be better balanced, be more in control of the game.

The DEF? I'm hoping that was just an aberration, or a bad dream and we're not going to see OJ Howard running down the seam with Bostic trailing by 3 yds over and over and over. I'm just going to have wait and see...this is what threw my inner optimism for a loop...I'm feeling like captain when he said...we can't play any worse.
