Thank you, now can you got tell that to the Packer fan whining about it, since he'll never see a High profile game again since Rodgers is a brittle bitch please!

I’m not sure, as an Eagles fan, I’d talk about a QB being brittle. Wentz has been hurt more than he has played in the NFL.

But I do give philly props for winning with Foles

The people of Philadelphia are so welcoming ....

Back in my younger days I worked security for the Red Sox during games. That means I saw basically every home game from 1989-1993. This included dozens of Red Sox/Yankees games. As part of that job we were exposed to fans drinking both inside the stadium and outside the stadium. I never once saw anything close to that.

Well we are talking football and not baseball, so there is a difference

I have ran into red sox fans in seattle. I dont know if it is just a baseball thing or red sox fan thing, but they were always chill. We would have some fun banter here & there while both sides were laughing & kicking back. Not sure if I have met an asshole Redsox fan, whether at the park or just out in public.
(No, I have never been to the east coast though)

That is true... 100% but the Red Sox and Yankees fans here will attest to the real bitterness some people have for that rivalry. I’m not saying I didn’t break up many fights during those games. What I am saying is it was never as “widespread” involving as many fans as that did.

I’ll also add this. I have Patriots season tix. I’ve had them since the days Parcells was the coach. Even though I don’t live in Boston any more I still have them. I’ve tailgated at countless patriot games and always got there when the lots opened 4 hours before the game so I had plenty of drinking time. The lot that we tailgated at was about a mile from the stadium so each game was a 15-20 minute walk to/from the game. I never saw anything like that.

Definitely a big difference in who is going to baseball games and how it is experienced.

There are drunks at baseball games, they usually just make a nuisance of themselves, get security get called on them, and in more cavernous environs, you can just straight up move.

Haha. I think it’s just baseball fans in general are more chill. When I worked there I can tell you that when it was a Yankees game they hired more off duty cops and they had tighter security “protocols”. (Any hint of something going on you tossed people. There were no “warnings”). Still, it was always adventurous. Haha

Yeah to me it seems football does have more of the drunken fights and idiots more wide spread. ( Actually got into last year when Philly came to Seattle but their fans are 50/50 as true fans and bandwagon)

Yanks/Sox that one has got to have few more fans mixing it up....I mean they go at each other on the damn field from time to time as well...

Stop trying to figure things out. I don't drink anymore. And the biggest night in Cleveland sports history by the way actually happened on June 4, 1974. It was 10 cent beer night.

Did you know former Cleveland mayor Ralph Perk caught his hair on fire w/ a welding torch during a ribbon cutting ceremony?

:laugh3:

Just because the Eagles did it once in a SB doesn’t mean it hasn’t been done countless times by probably every team throughout history.

Everyone has selective memory......

The Eagles stole that play from the Patriots who did it first but Brady dropped the pass.........Remember???
