I thought A&M looked great against Clemson: Mond looked dynamic, they played generally good. I don't think anybody can beat Bama with Tua slinging the ball, but why not A&M? Don't see anybody at the present time that has a better chance?

our weakness is teams that can throw the ball. Bama can throw the ball.

Gonna be ugly unless Bama farts and falls down.

ASSUMING Alabama doesn't beat themselves.

If Bama is going to do anything uncharacteristic and actually lose a regular season game by their own missteps, well, the obvious opportunity is Oct. 20 in Knoxville. Admittedly, the Tide may have to spot the Vols 28-35 points on WTFs, but, other than the ostrich-sized egg on their faces, losing to Tennessee would have minimal impact on their future championship and playoff chances. Think about it - sweep the west, demolish Mizzou, meet UGA in the SECCG.

Man, I didn't even get the satisfaction of seeing 'Missouri - 1 vote' in here.

If our offense played defense and vice versa y'all might be able to keep it within 2 scores...

when I saw Tua on elite 11 or some other Nike thing, and they said he was a Bama commit, I knew they were going to like no Saban offense ever. Guy is a stud

His brother, Talua, is a baller, too; and he's committed to Bama, too.

In all fairness, Bama has more future NFL’ers than either of those teams.

I was curious, so I ran the numbers for the 2012 Alabama team against the 2012 Cleveland Browns

The 2012 Alabama team has 18 players on active rosters including Amari Cooper, Ryan Anderson, Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix, Kenyan Drake, TJ Yeldon, C.J. Mosley and Landon Collins. The also have 8 guys currently pursuing FA careers.

The 2012 Cleveland Browns have 19 guys on active rosters, Josh Gordon, Colt McCoy, Ben Watson, Brandon Weedan and a bunch of Journeyman linemen. They also have 9 guys currently pursuing FA spots.

The Browns also had 4 or 5 guys that retired after lengthy NFL careers.

I might take the Alabama roster today, but in 2012 it would have been Browns by 4 td's.
