On second thought I have to wonder if maybe it is the Bills? They play NE pretty tough and they have tJets and Miami twice. Not so sure of their OOC schedule and I'm too lazy to look. Cincy has tBig Bens, Ravens and dare I say the Browntastics twice. Methinks this may be closer at second glance.
And if it's tramp I wanna change to Miley Cyrus.............

Well the University of Buffalo was 6-6 last year and the Bearcats of Cincinnati were 4-8 so on paper I'd go Buffalo, but I think Cincinnati has a bounce back season and makes it to a bowl this year at 7-5 while Buffalo holds steady at 6-6. (I know that wasn't really your question, but come on, didn't everybody enjoy that more than actually talking about either of their terrible pro teams?)
