I think it would be easier to accept if this team just sucked like they did in 2010-2013. This offense has talent and all stars and they just aren’t hitting. They can’t hit a dude that just got signed off the street.

nicasio has always been up and down...the kind of guy who gets dfaed...then goes somewhere else and does well

Hopefully they can find a partner and trade bad contracts. That contracts made and makes zero sense. You don't give multiple years to a bullpen arm unless he is your closer.

Wow, glad I checked out early last night. The writing was on the wall. What a fucked game last night. We got smacked by a mediocre team by their bullpen? This team needs a manager with a set of chestnuts who has some experience and knows when to kick ass with his players and who knows how to manage a pitching staff. We're probably stuck with this dynamic duo for a while now. Same old shit year in and year out. Fuck this organization. Dipoto is the firecracker that turns out to be the "dud" that just fizzles with a lot of smoke, and Servais? He is probably a nice guy but lacks experience and is a victim of the peter principal - a guy who has been promoted to his level of incompetence. I have had it with Jerry's bromance with Scott and I have had it with thinking "next year". Today, we are now 1/2 game out of a WC spot.....pathetic how we've gone backwards. Yippee- we get to watch 12 more games with Houston and Oakland this month. Good luck team.

You have a GM who acquired 3 situational relievers and manager who doesn't use his relievers situationally. So either there is a disconnect between GM and Manager or arrogance to justify what looks like a poor contract.
