LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

As a Giants fan of course!

Was hoping Morris would stay in the division

One of the more useless backs in the game today

That's a big line he's going to be running behind.

Lets face it. The only reason he had his great rookie season was because of RG3 and his read option skills. I dont see Romo running this style. Yes, they have a nice front line but Alf isnt that quick off the handoff. Holes close quickly and he falls down when touched. However, I do believe he'll be a nice addition near the goal line... He does have some power.

Stats don't tell the whole story with Alfred. Great teammate and wish him the best in the dark star

Morris is a great throwback runner

Unfortunately in todays' game, 2 hard yards and a cloud of dust, with no ability to catch the ball, is a style that just doesnt work from your every down back

Didnt it get to the point with the Skins where he was barely seeing the field in most formations?

:L I love Alf and knew this was a possibility. Sadly, he lost his burst and ability to shake off that first tackler with us. His lack of ability to catch out of the backfield basically made him a two-down back.

Don't know if he'll recapture his magic in Dallas. I'm trusting Scot that the won't but still wish Alf all the best as much as a Redskin can for a current Cowboy.

Gotta trust Scot until proven otherwise. He hit on the draft last year but missed in fa. He let go a lot of locker room leaders, but those guys weren't performing either. I just hate to see Alf in Dallas though.

Truth is Alf didn't want to leave the Skins so I wish him every success, except twice a year. Class act, every day.

RG3's presence wouldnt explain the other two 1000 yard plus seasons or the likelyhood that if he was not splitting carries with Jones he likely would have topped 1000 yards last year as well.

Is he an AP style back who will get chunks of yards no matter what?? Probably not. But to say the only reason he had the year he had was due to RG3 is seriously belittling Morris.

Good man, I will miss the man Alf is. He didn't fit in Gruden's system. I am sure Griffin's first year helped him but don't discount that Shanahan might be the best run game coach around. He has done with quite a few RBs.

The read option in year 1 totally helped Morris have the year he had. No team had a clue who was getting the ball. He ran thru bigger holes than the one you came out of holmes. J/k... Listen, Alf was in the right place at the right time... Tell me im wrong. Last year we had no read option in any game plan more or less... Alf on his better runs ran for -1 yard.. Had a few good games to pad the numbers this year... The only reason Alf was in at all was because Jones was ineffective as well. Bad line play, or both? I will say he has a good chance at 1300 yards in Dallas. Demarco Murray is a nothing back without a big hole to walk thru... So maybe Alf will walk thru the same holes. Good signing by Dallas. Not saying hes a scrub.. Just needs a huge hole to have any success... Not a finesse back.

we discussed at the beginning of the 2015 season that Morris was a rhythm back ... and losing touches to Jones was going to effect his production.

take away 2015 ... where his attempts dropped by 60+ touches ... the man has averaged a thousand yards every season.

i am beyond livid ... seeing him in that uniform is going to make me ill.
