But you thought Foles stunk. He doesn't.
Foles last season - for much of the season stunk; there is no way to deny that. What Foles is/was/seemed to be was a middle of the pack QB (at best); simply not possessing the skills to actually make teh Chip Kelly offense work (long term). Foles and Sanchez were interchangeable, and nobody on these boards ever considered Sanchez a long term option, or good enough to win a championship. Especially as our defense was not (and is not expected to be) the equivalent of the 85 bears, the Gang Green defense or that of the Bucs or Ravens of the early 2000's.
So yeah, seeing whether Bradford could do better was justified.
