This Poll is a Joke. Not being bitter but makes no sense that ND fell 12 spots where u have Ole miss and Bama who got smoked. We lost by 2 to a good team on the road who had 16 days to prep for us.

Don't understand how anyone can keep Ohio state #1. Top 5, sure. Not #1 though.

They looked weak early last season as well, even losing to VT. But they went on to win it all.

I still have them @ #1 in my book. No one else has been a dominating force and a clear cut #1. I think LSU probably has the best resume at this point, and I almost put them @ #1, but nah...Not yet...

Im not a fan of OSU being #1. They have one of the weakest schedules in college football and almost lost 2-3 games already but like the saying goes u have to beat the champ to be #1. They haven't lost so I understand it. In my opinion I have them at #3 if they didn't win it last year.

They haven't played like a #1 team this year. I think once they play some good teams they might be in trouble.

Alabama lost by 6 after giving away 24 points on stupid mistakes, and then having fluke scoring plays put on them and still dropped like 10 spots.

Nope not bitter just stating facts. It was still a blow out for Bama and the team that beat them just got blow out by another team . The good news is this poll means crap. ND should be in the 10-12 spots. I know its only a 3-5 spot difference but it makes a difference.

I agree with bama if they win out. Makes a difference because now we need 2-4 more teams to slip up. I do feel 11-1 ND team should make it. the 1 loss would be on the road against a Top team with a back up QB and a team that had 16 days to prep for ND. I feel good about going 11-1 and making it but we do need some help on the way.

Ole Miss wins by tiebreaker.

Alabama doesn't 100% control it's destiny yet, but Ole Miss losing to Florida was a huge step and the way Ole Miss looked gives pretty good hope they will lose again.

LSU still has to play both Alabama and Ole Miss.

Also Texas A&M is still in the mix and still has to play LSU, Alabama and Ole Miss.
