I have it this way...

1) Cardinals--I think they are 15-2 in the last 17 games with Palmer starting. They look like the best balanced team in the league right now
2) Packers--Faced a pretty tough schedule but have shown up well and their run defense has shown really well against 2 great RB's these last 2 weeks.
3) Patriots--I don't believe in their defense right now but that offense looks deadly
4) Bengals--They look like a different team this year. Very balanced and can beat you many different ways
5) Broncos--The defense has been hands down the best defense in the league. The offense is slowly coming around. Still need a run game to be taken seriously.

I debated the Cardinals and Patriots.

Good list fellas. Keep them coming.

Last week the Steelers were my #6 creeping in. This week it is the Falcons.

If I had to pick another bottom feeder it would be between the Dolphins, Redskins and Browns. Probably the Redskins since the Dolphins beat them in ugly fashion.

Dolphins have been a big disappointment to me through the first 3 weeks. Won an ugly one against a bad Redskins team. Lost to a bad Jaguars teams. Got humiliated by a good Bills team, but I'd have expected that game to be much closer.

Does anyone here really think the Arizona Cardinals - with Carson Palmer at QB - is going to beat this Bronco's pass rush? The Broncos go 5-2 if they go 7 times in a row. Not only do they have a slow QB - they don't have the depth of the Denver Broncos. The same goes for any Andy Dalton led team. This defense will eat you up.

Packers - Best QB I've seen in over a decade. He has Peyton Manning's head and John Elway's arm and legs.

Worried about the Bronco run game. < 3 yards a carry will not win a playoff game unless in pristine conditions like a dome or warm weather.

It's tough to watch Lacy run knowing Denver had to pick between Lacy and Ball and chose wrong.

Ball is out of the league right now and Latimer is not getting any catches in a 2014 WR that was spectacular.

BTW , I wanted Tyrann Mathieu as a safety couple years ago in the draft. Love the honey badger.

I agree on the Dolphins DC

My best friend is a huge Dolphins fan, but I have been avoiding calling him because he will go on and on for hours about how they should have won this or that game, and how Marino never had a defense ( which is BS )

lol

Yes, in a low scoring game.
The Broncos aren't the only team with a great D in this contest.

That 2nd round of the draft seems to be getting Elway lately. He started out pretty decent picking Franklin, Moore, and Wolfe. We don't know what we have in Osweiler yet but otherwise the last 2 2nd round guys so far have been a bust. Thankfully all of our 1st round pick guys have shown up well with Sly Williams looking really good so far this year and of course Miller being an All-Pro type talent. Roby looks like he really took that next step as he has had 2 huge plays with the tipped pass when Steve Smith had a bit of an opening in the corner of the end zone and then the huge interception against the Lions. Shane Ray hasn't shown up quite yet but he hasn't been given many opportunities especially with Shaq emerging as such a huge player for us.

Packers/Patriots would be a high scoring game. Not brutally bad D's, but both need work. I like the Patriots D better though.

I like Rodgers and that Packers offense though more. I think Lacy could be the difference maker in that game.

Packers have more weapons, Pats have Gronk who is unstoppable.

I don't know which offense I prefer right now. Hard to argue either right now. Packers of course have the better run game. Right now ranking the Pats #1 puts the pressure on them. :) I can't stand them but they find ways to win. Good teams find ways to win games. They make me sick!

I will say I am a bit excited that the Patriots are getting what we got last year with the early bye week and having to go 13 straight weeks before possibly getting another. I don't think they have the same 3 game road trip like we did last year but yeah the Pats are going to start feeling the pressure of the league coming down on them very quickly in my opinion. They have an easier schedule than I was hoping for with the Steelers missing some key weapons when they played them, Indy looking like trash, the AFC East not living up to the hype, and now getting the Cowboys without Dez or Romo.

I think Gronk gets my MVP award this year.

Call me nuts. I don't care. You take him away and the Patriots are such a different team. Game planning and execution vs Gronk is very tough.

Any idea how you would play him?

Room service give him some raw meat or something. I'm not sure if there is a way on the field. :)

The great push off.. I don't mind players getting away with it but at some point is gets a little obvious that you might be cheating a little to much.. when Defender hit the Ground flags should fly.. they don't

Well here is how I would do it say he doesn't get sick off the room service. I would have Brandon Marshall on him all game long. I would tell Marshall don't even worry about the run game you just get Gronk all game long. I would then have Ward over the top ready to hit him every time he touches the ball. Ward might be the one player in this league that Gronk does not want to get hit by since he did destroy his knee earlier in his career. I pretty much make the decision that anybody else but Gronk beats us and see what they can do.

I also trust that my front-4 rushers can get to Brady. I only blitz a handful of times during the game as we have the talent to get home and just have the ability to drop the others into coverage. Everybody is going to have to play some major one-on-one and win those battles more times than not.
