People need to accept that every team is largely the same when it comes to moral choices and football. It's true if we are talking bout Aaron Hernandez or Terrell Suggs.

Every team...

except the Patriots.

They pretend to be superior in every way.

"The Patriot Way"

That myth is dead just like the myth of Tom Brady.

Liars, cheaters and sanctimonious hypocrites to the rotten core.

Sure, but it was about a comparison to how teams handle violent criminals, and the comparison was Hernandez and the Patriots, v Rice and the Ravens.

Obviously someone drafted him. Hardly the only criminal to get drafted by a NFL team. The only difference with him was that he was really talented.

Consensus first-round talent.

Passed over by every single team in the league six times.

Except the New England Patriots.

See how easy it is to state the truth?

Try it some time.

Pretty sure Rice was never accused of murdering anyone.

The notion that Ray Rice was the first NFL player to beat the shit out of his girl. And he got pretty much the exact same punishment the rest of them got.

And then the video got out. And things changed.

There is no moral high ground here.

Don't make me drag up that Rolling Stone article thread again.

Because I will.

Or maybe we can just merge this thread with the "What does "The Patriot Way" mean to you now?" thread.

No he wasn't, the discussion was about how the two NFL teams handled a criminally violent player. Not a straight comparison of the crimes.

Bc Domestic abuse as despicable as it it is worse then first degree murder convicted and on trial for another murder...

Nope, no double standard to see here, not at all.

Again the discussion was about how each NFL team handled a person accused of a violent crime, not about which crime was worse. (And don't forget, that punch we all saw on video, could have in fact lead to her death, thankfully it did not.)
