To me it just sounds like you Michigan fans are pissed off I didn't vote for your team.

I don't care whether anyone votes for or against my team, that's partly why sports exist... I was just saying who cares whether or not a team's positive history has resided more in the past than the future shouldn't matter. If it happened, then it happened and has the same value.

To be fair Alabama has been a lot more consistant than ND. ND is relying far too heavily on the deep past and fictional stories. It's almost like voting for a team because of movie posters
