Check out the time between :06 - :12. This shows him very clearly behind her and she's at the bar. She also is repeatedly yelling at him to let her go before she swings. Again, this is all on him. He had every possible chance to keep the situation from escalating and he did about every wrong that he could.

I did watch that part. She won and got there first. That's happened to me many, many times. It doesn't mean I push into the chick to try and get position again. Since I'm not a thug, I happily let the lady get there first and wait the 30 seconds or so to get my drink. It's very simple.

No, I saw two people trying to get a spot at The same time. Lets not act like she was already there. Then, as they are both trying to get that spot, she is the one that did the shoving first with her ass. She then raised her hand with a closed fist and that's when he grabbed her arm to make sure she don't hit him, protecting himself. That's when she took the first swing, and he swung back.

No way in hell should this guy be the only one charged. She should be too , or no one should be arrested at all.

I also saw the girl at the bar and he was pushing all over her, pushing her into the bar. She turns her head and says something, and that's when things got vocal.

After watching that video in full I can only speculate on what might have happened. First of all, I don't know if their was some kind of argument between the 2 prior to them getting into it at the bar.

But the way that kid looks, I have to give her the benefit of the doubt. The hat with the stickers on it automatically turns him into a douche.

As a former bouncer, I'm stunned he wasn't mobbed by a slew of them in seconds, especially being that close to the bar. Where were the bouncers posted up? In my day, that dude leaves the bar bloodied, and casually handed over to the cops outside.

We used to have at least 2-3 guys who's job was to do nothing but scan the actual bar all night. Every guy had a post, and each post had a zone. The bar, especially that close to the cash register, should be eagle eyed.
