I am considering starting Foles over Peyton manning based on matchup. Foles is playing Jacksonville, and i feel like he is going to rip shit up. Peyton is playing the colts, and should have a good game, but im crazy right. just start Manning?

Jacksonville's defense is going to be vastly improved this year. Go with the almost sure bet, Manning.

Not a huge waste than. Odd he fell that far. But still when you spend a premium on a QB.. you don't bother with a backup until LATE, if at all. The plan is you'll never use that guy more than one week, it's better to build depth at whatever position you didn't take when you chose to take that early QB.

Go with Manning. One thing you may not be considering is Manning might be playing a better defense, but he's also playing a better offense. That game could become a shoot out between manning and luck. Foles might put Jacksonville away early then run the ball heavily. Either way, Foles should only come off your bench during mannings bye.
