Yeah, I think he made 2.5 million last season.

The problem is it's too much......he's making more than Dirk on that team now.

Second, I highly doubt Houston matches......they'll let him walk. But MAN did he screw them, they let him out of a sweetheart deal for him not to sign back with them?

Parsons' agent, Dan Fegan, has Parsons and Dwight Howard as clients. If Houston matches, two stars would be free agents together in 2017.

Parsons is a star??? Must have missed that season....

it forces the Rockets to make a decision and now they can't have both... it's a pretty solid move all things considering. It also takes the Rockets out of the Love sweepstakes. It's definitely one way to stick it to your cross town rival.

If Parsons gets 15 million....I bet Stephenson gets the same amount. He's a better defender and passer than Parsons who is just a shooter, scorer, and decent passer.

Pretty sure they could sign and trade him to Dallas for a 1st rounder. Like when Bosh and James were signed and traded to Miami.

Yeah, I think he made 2.5 million last season.

I think he made less than a million last season. He was a second round pick.

And I think they had a cheap team option for this season. Oops.

If Riley spends too much time with James, which he may have to do to persuade James to return to Miami, Ariza may bolt for elsewhere. The big bucks are flowing and team allegiances are fading rapidly.

Dallas is under the cap. Houston could sign and trade him to Dallas for a 1st rounder.

This isn't good the Cavs is it?

The longer Bron is in this meeting, the more likely Riley entices him to stay.

dallas might be an x factor that gets the ball rolling as far as free agency. while other teams are waiting around for "I don't know what I want" LeBron and Carmelo....the other 2nd tier free agents may get swooped up by marc Cuban.

Why on earth would they???
Crazy money for Parsons....give credit to Cuban he is going for broke with Dirk's last two years. If he is worth that, then Bosh is definitely worth the max. Crazy....The West has gotten stronger.

Woj reporting the meeting is over.

Cavs fans all over my twitter feed are going nuts over fake accounts saying he's chosen Cleveland
