Diamondbacks' bus has flat tire

SYDNEY -- Some Arizona Diamondbacks players had to walk the last half mile to Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday when one of the team buses had a flat tire ahead of their Major League Baseball season opener with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

A Diamondbacks spokesman said "a handful" of players and some staff decided to walk the rest of the way to the stadium instead of waiting for a replacement bus to arrive.

He said most of the players had already arrived on another bus about five hours ahead of the scheduled start of the game.

Yes & no. That is the lineup vs LHP. For RHP, just flip Parra & Pollock. Once Ross is healthy, you can expect to see him in RF in place of Parra vs LHP.

I'd rather see: Pollock-Prado-Goldy-Trumbo-Hill-Montero-Owings-Parra but I don't mind this current lineup.

I think Prado is batting 4th just because he has been very hot all spring. That & it gives them a buffer between guys who will SO a lot(Goldy,Trumbo, & Miggy).

It may end up being that way. But Prado ha hit nearly .500 all spring & his best spot in the lineup is occupied by Hill at the moment. Gibby likes to tinker with his lineups during the season, but this is basically what it look like for the most part.
