I watch a lot of Red Sox baseball... Keep your friends close, your enemy closer kind of thing... and I can honestly say, outside Zimmerman in D.C., Middlesax is the worst throwing 3Bman I've seen in a LONG time.

Dude has a good glove, and a shotgun for an arm, but throws off target (usually high) like he's 18 and playing American Legion Ball or something.

He needs work. For his sake I hope it's something fundamental and physical, not psychological, because it's bad, and he's cost him team dearly more than once.

Exactly how I always threw... and as I've mentioned before, Nasty, that lead to my torn labrum.

It's a way to put a little more juice on the throw when you don't have quite as strong an arm as you'd like.

VERY punishing motion, however. He'll need to drop down to 3/4 or he'll be short for this game.
