pacers shooting too many 3s. take it to the rim.
miami is winning because they are playing more aggressive.
they are taking the game right at the pacers.
as did the Heat game 6...
If they would just concentrate on getting the ball to Hibbert in the paint all of that TO crap goes away.
my point is the pacers aren't ready for the big stage. they won some games in the ECF. they took a big step this year. they are a solid team. but they aren't ready for the next step. give it a few more mango seasons and see if they can keep these guys together.
plus game 6 wasn't primetime.. the ECF is big.. but it isn't the big stage. The Pacers are freezing up. Miami has made one small defensive adjustment which is double down on the pass into the post. Roy Hibbert cant figure it out... it's simple. Hold the ball above your head your 7'2. when you put it down Miami is going to steal it. it basketball 101, and this 26 year old who everyone was crowning the next great center because he played well for for roughly 2 weeks in a row, cant figure it out.
NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME
Shocker. You would think some of the haters watched their first ever game on Saturday. Like what happened then would carry over to our court 48 hours later.
All the Heat did was what they were supposed to do tonight.
Attack, attack, attack.
No letting up.
Thanks for prepping us for the Finals , Pacers, but you aren't ready to take that next step yet.
As far as Hibbert, we allowed him to look much better then we needed to for the first 6 games.
With the money on the line, the Heat always seem to find a way to cut off the head of the snake.
That's what I say.
At least Spurs - Heat will be two teams who have been there done that. And teams that can play some stellar D when needed to.
honestly i think they'll get there sooner than that. need a consistent scorer mostly. what's the story with Danny Granger anyways...?
You might want to wait until the game is well in hand before you start all the smack talk. Just trying to possibly keep you from possibly making a fool of yourself.
You should be elated that Hibbert has had a lot made of him considering he helped beat your Heat 5 times this year.
i will never understand what makes a team do this in one game but not the next, why the inconsistency?
Sadly, a Heat-Spurs series will end up with enough flopping fines to end world hunger.
