2014 Corvette C7 Prototypes Spotted in New Mexico

I think it looks too JDM. As a sports car, I love it but as a Corvette, I'm struggling. You?

I agree. Looks nice as a sports car but there is something we expect out of corvettes and that really isn't doing it for me.

It's a pretty big design change with all the angles and stuff, but that rear end is WRONG. A second lateral window, new roofline and angular rear end... doesn't it look like a Nissan GT-R?

Interior wise, they're yelling charge! for those european and japanese sportscars. Leather, aluminum, high quality stuff none the less. But come on, who buys a Corvette to have a slumber party in it?

I think most of that no nonsense sports car charm is gone

Apparently they're calling the motor an "LT1" but it's nothing like the LT1 I know.

...and that pic is in Ferrari red. I'd like to see it in matte white with black wheels but then it'd look even more Nissan-ish.

not really sure why they went with somewhat swoopy lines on the front, and totally angular on the back. And the rear end does look a ton like a Camero

Those body lines on the hood make it look like a 1940's blimp.

Those little downward angled part of the taillights look insanely idiotic. Looks like a toy car with those lights.

From the front it looks like a Pokemon character. From the side it looks like a Delorean. From the back it looks like the Decepticon symbol.

I was a fan of the centered exhaust, but they just have too much going on here to make it look right.

Definitely looks like they added creases and body lines just for the heck of it. There are way to many. I've never been a fan of domestic sports cars, and won't ever buy one, but looking at the new SRT-10 and this, I am not sure why you wouldn't go with the Dodge

i was thinking that too. too similar to Camaro, IMO
