I hate when people say something like this. What do you mean what do u want wash to do about it? He's the manager, that's his job....to find things that work and make a change if necessary. I mean, whatever he does can't make josh any worse.

So moving Josh down in the order magically fixes what is going on in his head?
...cause that's what it sounds like you're trying to sell to everyone.
So he moves Josh down to 5... Josh still struggles. Then what? Bench him? Yeah, that'll help him figure it out.

Face it, the only one that can "do anything" about what is going on with Josh....is Josh. Ron can adjust a lineup card and look for flaws in his swing (which they've all done btw). That's all the manager can do.
