That is my hope too. Announce it, he gets his trophy as Jokic looks on, and then Jokic goes off for 40-15-10 to advance to the next round.

I'm actually planning on trying to make one of those. Right now we are planning on doing our MHH meet and greet for one of those so planning on taking a Sunday off and heading out there.

Thanks. Been going and scraping floors. The renters before us decided the wood flooring was a good place to stick their gum. So yeah this house is a bit of a fixer upper.

The best kind of home purchase is the fixer upper. It will give you immense satisfaction as you continue to improve the house and will create a million family memories to look back on some day. Lots of blood, sweat and tears ahead but it's so worth it. Happy for you!

Thank you! My dad first time walking through was naming all the things he wants to do. His hobby is fixing up houses. Made sure to remind him that we do have a bit of a budget and are not looking to go into crazy debt beyond the mortgage at this point. Might have to throw him a project or two though just because he is bored being retired.
