That makes sense. Weird rules with post offices. If you go by postal address I live in Nottingham (I assume with my friends Robin, Friar Tuck, and Little John) yet I've never heard anyone call any place near me by that.

And there are probably 2 post offices closer to me than the Nottingham branch.
Phantom place names around there are definitely a thing. I remember all of the sudden people were saying they lived in "Belcamp". I'm like, I lived around here my whole life I never heard of it. It literally was a few farms until they started building houses on it. Now it's a sought after "suburb".

Also "Honeygo". The guys I worked with at Comcast could never figure out where that was Turns out, we could see it from our building.

Mike Johnson thinks he is making an argument about keeping Stock Trading for members of Congress.

Instead, it sounds to me like he is saying what is considered a "Livable Wage' is way off and we should definitely raise minimum wage.

Also, he does live in one of the most expensive places in the country but it probably helps that he doesn't pay for health care, or even the house he lives in:

This is absolutely 100% asking for permission to continue insider trading.

You can still invest via index funds, mutual funds (with sector restrictions) or preferably through a blind trust. Asking to trade individual stocks is solely for trading on policy decisions.

Throw this cu.nt in jail with the rest of them (both sides of aisle)

DHS Is Considering Reality Show Where Immigrants Compete for Citizenship

A department spokeswoman said the proposed show is at the beginning of the vetting process

This is reported by the Wall Street Journal of all sources. Jesus tap dancing christ. My expectations for this cabinet were low and they have smashed through that glass floor.

This in the same week the health secretary said, and I quote... "I don’t think people should be taking advice, medical advice, from me.”

If they are trying to drain the swamp, clearly the bilge pump is set in reverse.

I'm close. I have walked to Honeygo Park, Honeygo Shopping Center etc. ..lived here 20+ years, have no idea where the name came from.

Honeygo Park is a popular park when fathers have to take their kids there for sports. I've been pulled aside by more than 1 quietly saying "that's a 'nice' park" meaning the joggers and walkers are usually a good bunch.

Ooh, look at that security person. I like her. Cute little ponytail. We could move in together, she could secure the perimeter each night. We'd hear a noise. she'd be the one getting up to see what/who it was while I roll over and go back to sleep. She could keep me safe from angry Albertans that might stop by. On special weekend nights she might dress up and I could say "no baby, wear the grey pants".

Nexus renewal interview scheduled for later today. I am now going to spend the next 3 hours scrubbing my phone of social media and screenshots of Trump wearing diapers
