Honestly, I think Bills and Chiefs will be dealing with many similar issues around the same times. If I made a top 5 windows closing list, the Bills probably wouldn't be on it.

The Chargers, on the other hand. Keenan Allen, Khalil Mack, Ekeler. Might be a 'last ride' for an important chunk of their team.

Chargers large negative cap for 2024, but at least it appears decent positive cap in 2025 for now to push some money. Not the case with Saints and Browns (negative in 2025 already).

Seems like Saints have been kicking the can to future cap years for long time now like the Packers had been doing trying to keep "window" open for another run.

I might be oversimplifying things but Diggs and Kelce are very important to their respective offenses. MVS and Gabe Davis are big players sometimes but also disappear sometimes. Both teams have invested in a lot of offensive guys. I think maybe the Chiefs are winning that battle of surrounding talent on offense but both Allen and Mahomes will outlast Diggs and Kelce by quite a bit.

Bills have generally been ahead of the Chiefs on defense but maybe that gap is closing. Chiefs invested 1st round picks on 2 DEs and 1 CB so maybe that affords them some savings to keep Chris Jones his whole career. Chiefs LB corp is 4 deep with different strengths.
