i cant get over the fact- and it makes me laugh- that the Cavs have had a brutal schedule, tons of injuries, are a super young team- were picked to win 25 games- and are 1.5 games out of 1st in the East.

this makes me laugh so hard. It just doesnt feel right. But its great.

I mean- its not likely- but if the Cavs are in 1st at the All star break- it will be one of the craziest things i have seen in sports history.
Not sure how hard it would be to find this stat and how far back this record would go but was there a team to double their projected wins in a season? It wouldn’t be crazy as of right now if the Cavs won 50-projected only 25.
Just curious.

So where will Harden eventually end up??

Philly?
Denver?
Atlanta?
Phoenix?
Memphis?

Keep in mind the strip club proximity & quality of each, in those cities....lol
Only a handful of teams can afford in the offseason. So he has to take that into nos equation but obviously his #1 is strip club proximity

intersting article at TheAthletic

to prove to Beal they are trying--- and to try and get to that next level- trade for Sabonis

Haichimura, Avidja, and something else. What do you think?
That trade would have made more since when they still had Westbrook.

In fact, back in May I was getting set to make such a proposal in my blog. I was dealing with some things in my personal life at the time and it was before we rehired Carlisle.

Right now however, I would not do it. Deni’s value has faded somewhat and I want no part of Bertans’ contract. Would rather just keep Sabonis.

For the Wiz, I don’t see Beal going anywhere. Who else is going to offer any money in the vicinity that Washington can?

Sac would sell the farm for Beal. Fox and Beal and they would fork up the dough

honestly- do i really want to pay bradley beal 250 million dollars for 5 years?

I mean- to a certain extent- just the market value for a max player with his service years- but it just seems like a shit ton.

I think the Pacers should keep Sabonis- and build around him, Duarte and Brogdon- and trade LeVert and Turner to shake it up.

Duarte is a keeper man. Great pick. He really reminds me a lot of a young Klay.

Wiz should trade Beal.

I dont want to have Beal on a 5 year 250 million dollar deal. He already seems to be not quite as explosive as he once was.

I mean- i wouldnt give him away obviously- but if i could get a premium pick, and a really good young player- id do it in a heart beat.

I would DEFINITELY trade him for Simmons or Jaylen Brown- YESTERDAY.

then- if you want to- trade Simmons for a tons of picks and young guys if its not ideal.

if the Wiz could get Curry and Simmons and a pick for Beal- and then re-route Curry for something- id think that was a huuuug win.

just go young- build it up. Kuzma, Deni, Haichumura, Simmons isnt a bad place to start.

Beal is going to lock them into being a middling contender forever.
