You'd think these guys would learn something from the Ruggs incident but no.

I read a bunch of that thread and what Geno said. No, I don't want to pre judge the guy on the DUI part until the blood test comes back but driving down the interstate at 2 am doing 90 in winter time is just a really stupid choice whether he's intoxicated or not.
The other part about that is people are quick to say don't judge him, etc. but are ready to accuse the cop of wrong doing out the other side of their face. The hypocrisy is something else in our world these days.

Well sports figures have proven time and again to be better barometers of right and wrong than police officers for generations…

According to the report, the arresting officer first saw Smith's Rolls Royce “approaching me from the rear at a high rate of speed" before passing the patrol car on Interstate 90.
so he either didn't notice he drove right by a patrol car, or he didn't care.

96 is an interesting #
Parts of I-90 is a 70 speed limit

Forgot exactly what is is called, but when you drive 25 over your ticket is bumped up to something else (wreckless or some shit) that would put him at 26 over.

I have witnessed the police to follow a speeder until the speed limit gets reduced before hitting the lights, Course if he’s going 96 they didn’t have to pull that.

Depends on the state.
I got a 98 in a 70 this summer on I 24 in Tennessee this summer and it was just an ordinary speeding ticket.

Most states it ends up being the cops discretion but anything over 20 can be called reckless op
