It is going to be a game-time decision. UVA. They are leaning towards keeping him out of the game and let the ankle heal because it was worse than first discovered. With the bye week, Miller may heal to wear he should be. Besides, we have plenty of talented guys who can fill in and there won't be any decline in contribution performance. Guys like OKO, Lewis, and if need be Lawler.

Maybe it is the combination of McVay's winning culture philosophy and somebody with some creative ideas that creates these so-called geniuses that when they leave the Rams, they face an inherent decline in the NFL. Perhaps SJ76 has been correct all along and the stats bear that out with our defense. Apparently Staley is experiencing some trouble that he is having difficulty fixing.

That’d make sense and would rather be safe than sorry. As you said, at least the bye week this upcoming week should help it quite a bit.

It would be nice to get a championship, we'll see. You know I can appreciate an effort is being made, making dramatic trades, making tough cuts, signing "character" guys. There is only one way to run an organization imo and that is, you always look to improve the team by any means necessary. Nobody is gonna completely avoid mistakes but you should try. You have a 100% chance of failure, if you make no effort. Of course some believe you havd to build through the draft, Walker trade for Boys is always the example. But is an example or is one of the rare things that come together that worked out for the Boys and not many others. Most good team drafts will three good players and bust most of the draft picks.

I would argue the trade for Ramsey was the best trade the last 5 years. Jags picks haven't really panned out, while the Rams got an elite player who just started his prime years. Who not only is a great football players but someone that has took ownership of the secondary and became a leader, someone thst also try to help you landa other good plsyers. Established veterans are always better than the crap shoot that is the draft. Mostly for a person at a cornerstone position like elite corner.

Speaking of cornerstone position, trade for Stafford won't be decidd a winner for years. The Rams trading Goff and his bad contract to upgrade at quarterback looks like s genius move initially. We know Goff wasn't the answer at quarterback and we know the Rams messed up by giving him an extension. You give a guy big money, you only hope that his work ethic and commitment to improve stay the same. Of course thst is not always the case. Is Stafford the answer to get them the trophy, we will see, but i applaud the move even if ge wasn't the answer. They went with their best option.

McVay is a good coach, peopld forget is a young coach. The Rams are his first head coaching job in his life. He likes to pass, pass a lot and is impatient with running the ball, the last two games is proof of that. I understand to a point of why he likes to pass more so now. He is trying to get Stafford into a rhythm as doon as possible and he doesn't trust his running backs enough. Henderson leads the tesm in drops, averages less two yards per carry before contact and 2.6 yards after contact, has forved three broken tackles on the season. McVay isn't getting the kind of production out of thr runningback position ashe thinks he should. Akers is an improvement and expected to be a go for the playoffs.

Hopefully they win the Lombardi and prove there's another way to get to the promise land. Otherwise you're right, the media and fans will rip them to shreds. I hope they keep making an effort come win or lose and let those criticism stay on the outside. I'm going to sit back and try to enjoy the ride. And if they win celebrate hard.

The RB excuse is overblown.

Henderson is averaging more ypc than Derrick Henry was.

The problem lies with McVay not sticking with the run that opens up the passing game, not the other way around.

Henderson is a good RB as is Michel. If McVay wasn’t going to run the ball, then why give up draft picks to get Michel in the first place.

Because right now, it looks like a waste of draft capital because McVay won’t use him or Henderson.

He has 2 good RB’s, there is no excuse not to be running the football 45-50% of the time.

Hell, Tennessee ran the ball 26 times vs 27 passes against the Rams without Henry. With Foreman, McNichols and old man Peterson.

The Rams RB’s are better than those guys, yet their HC kept running the ball to keep the offense balanced and chew up the close so his defense is fresh.

McVay definitely deserves criticism for not running the ball enough. He should be called out for it, every game he abandoned the run

And McVay simply refuses to develop a bruiser back like Buddy Howell. Shit-Fer-Brains needs his ass whipped!

Looks like the Limp Biscuit is bringin' it!!

Spanos screwed him, they sent information to St.Louis board to help in their lawsuit. So Kroenke is like fuck it, I'll settle my side of it and you 31 other teams will also have to settle individually. If i was Kroenke i would demand that the Chargers leave LA

I agree BattleLyon. Spanos has become a leech and a leper and he should be sent packing out of SoFi and go fight his own battles and stop attempting to suck the life out of the Rams on a number of levels. What a douchebag!!

Spanos gets a state of the art stadium for his team at $1 per year. How about Kroenke starts charging him the proper price and uses that money to settle the suit?

hell yeah..send their asses back to San diego where they belong. It's not like the city of LA wanted them anyway, the rams yes...but the chargers?? Who gives a shit...that limp biscuit Kroenke should charge him a "nominal' fee everytime he steps into the stadium. They are even lucky to be in LA.

What the hell is the Limp Biscuit letting some San Diego a-hole screw him in the ass with a pussified yearly rent charge? You can be assured that the Geeants are not letting the Jets stay in their stadium for next to nothing. If I were Kroenke, I'd be levying a rightful fee for the Chargers to be in my Stadium and if Spanos is aiding the league and St Louis in a lawsuit against me, I'd void his contract and send his punk-ass, two-bit, little bitch self back to San Diego along with that douchebag Kevin Demoff, those ridiculous horns, and those up-the-ass uniforms!!
