Nope. It's likely that the Browns will be overvalued. They're currently 3-0 vs the spread which impacts what the line is set at in future weeks. I would put Cleveland around -3.5/-4 myself. If Vegas posts a line higher than that, I'm likely to bet it.

Also, Chiefs complimentary football is different than most. They’re built to get a lead and then rush the passer with ears pinned back. When the offense struggled early that opportunity is lost.

Like I said Arians isn't the reason Winston's been a turnover machine his entire career. The stats prove it. Dirk Koetter was Winston's HC from '16 to '18 when he had 43 int's & 32 fumbles in 38 total games played.
