My two names are awesome:

Washington Congress w/ baboons as a mascot. I think we can all agree that we think Congress is a bunch of baboons.

DC Comics...that is just awesome.

Washington DC Football Club is actually growing on me. I would love Warriors with the spear, but it's naive to think they are gonna even remotely touch anything Native American.

Warriors is good, but it’s only about 20 years before THAT term becomes problematic and they have to change it again. We don’t want to stigmatize people who fight. They need to go with a safe name. An animal name. The Washington Birds should do fine.
