here is the rub , most franchise qbs are drafted in the top 10 however over half bust out

so this franchise would have to be patient with the new qb . something they have shown they cant do .

and if you fail , you are looking at a new regime and about 1/2 decade of being set back
if it works then you are looking at being a superbowl contender for the same period or more

I'd love to trade up and get a stud.

Pitts
Parsons
Fields
Lance

The draft is such a crap shoot, I'd hate to miss. To move uo from 19 is gonna gut our next two drafts and maybe leak into 2023.

That said I was listening to Cooley and he said he has never seen anything like Pitts.......ever. McShay said the same thing. Dallas is thinking about trading up for Pitts. I just don't know how you justify trading all that for a TE.

What if we trade up for Parsons and he turns out to be a knucklehead.

What if we trade up for Fields and the rumors are true that he can't read his progressions and locks onto is primarily target 90% of the time

What if Lance is a product of the FCS and was a big fish in a small pond.

What if Fields is a prime Cam Newton.

What if Lance who threw 28TDs with zero INT and rushed for 1,100 yards in Mahomes.

What if Parsons is Ray Lewis and that combined with our front means all we have to do is score 20 to 21 points and it's a W.

If we trade up for a QB and he's dynamic, probably Superbowl contenders in a year if we can hold on to Del Rio. If we miss, Ron gets fired, and we have no picks moving forward. I guess we'll find out in a few weeks.

Toney is NOT good YET, if he can learn a NFL route tree, look out.
With that being said, Toney will NOT be picked at 19 by the WFT, I put that on everything.
And based on the small sample size, Cam Simms is an easy choice for #4/5 WR spot - AGG and Harmon are done here.
I like Humpries but don't expect him to survive more than 8 games
I don't get how you can say this and you do not know this to be true. You are stating your opinion as fact and it just isn't

yes failing to get a qb in a trade up wouldnt be good which begs to question do you like trade up for Pitts ?
Don't like a trade up at all and especially not for a TE or safety.

Which part isn't factual?
Is he Chase, Smith, Waddle?
Will his backyard football route running succeed in the NFL?
Or maybe you're saying even after learning a full route tree, he won't be good? The facts are HE WON'T BE taken by the WFT at 19. I feel that strongly about it, i threw in hyperbole.
It won't happen, see me April 29th.

Drafting a LT @19 is the responsible thing to do, but there will be a stud LT sitting there @51.

We know who is the first tier. 2nd tier should be darrishaw and Tucker. I dont agree that the #51 OT is just as good as the 2nd tier OT's. just my opinion. Probably should be 5 Ot's in round 1.

I believe leatherwood could play all spots except center. I'd assume he'd be above average year 2

I cant see us passing up Darrishaw at 19. Maybe for JOK. Those are the top 2 on my board right now.

Sure but they are a big step down from Tucker and Darrishaw.

yep i meant leatherwood at 51. Darrishaw may be gone by 19, at this point, I dunno if I can make a decent guess, so many possibilities
