Reports have some team offering $15 or $16 million.

That eliminates the Bills.
Unless they something in place to restructure contracts and/or make cuts. But yeah that would eliminate most of the teams on his list.

Bills, Titans, Packers and Raiders all don’t have that space right now. The Browns do though

Just saying, you always try.

My point is, if he's been offered that kind of money, it's from a team that is not any good and has a lot of cap space. One that he'd have refused to suit up for had they tried to trade him there.

He's at the point in his career where he has to decide what's important, money or winning. I think he'll choose the latter.

One executive told me if Watt had an offer at $15 million a year, he should have immediately taken it. The executive wondered if Watt’s camp was working to hype the value of their client by putting that rumor into play, perhaps hoping for a multi-year offer.
Hell, that was pretty much what I assumed as soon as I heard those rumors, that it was coming from Watt’s camp to try to drive up the price.

Sportscenter just reported the 15-16 million range. Down to 3-5 teams . Likely decision mid week. Take it fwiw.

I hope the Browns don’t spend $15M on him...would rather them pay less for a LB like Lavonte David

Looks like he wasn't looking at home, brothers, his wife, or a real shot at a ring to sign his new contract.

I don't think Arizona has any of that to offer.

Meh i posted in the other thread. Zona isnt as far away as u think. 9 win point differential and 5 one score losses, lots of talent and an emerging young qb.

JJ still has enough in the tank to demand attention from on Oline coach and OC. If he is truly just a 2 down guy that makes him more lethal IMO. He'll be rested and hopefully avoids more injuries?

So in the end, AZ overpaid but that's what most teams do. The only question is how many games JJ plays in. If he can play 13+ games a season the NFCW is not going to be a happy place for QBs.
