DT LUNA
Vietnam Veteran
Not much board interest tonight.

He should be our starter. He threw out 44% of base runners last year and he seems to be getting better at making contact. Plus he is 27 and Chirinos is 36 and in 2018 he threw out 10% of runners. Need to see what we have for our future. Chirinos does have pop in his bat.I want to see more Trevino.

From MLB trade rumors.
"Rosenthal’s piece also notes that the Rangers have been getting trade interest in Lance Lynn, though a move doesn’t seem likely with Texas battling for a playoff spot. Lynn theoretically would be a good trade candidate if the Rangers were to fall out of the race, as the veteran is under contract for $8MM in 2021 and has been one of the sport’s best pitchers this season. After yesterday’s complete-game victory over the Rockies, Lynn has a sparkling 1.11 ERA, 3.00 K/BB rate, and 11.0 K/9 over a league-best 32 1/3 innings."
If I thought we could actually get some future quality players I may be for it but I have my reservations on that happening. Otherwise see what it would cost to extend him next year if he keeps pitching like he has last year and this. We are going to have to spend some money at some point if we are ever going to build a good team and pitching is the key. From MLB trade rumors.

Trevino could be what we have been needing since Pudge. He may do wonders for the team and now is the time to find out what he's got.I want to see more Trevino.
Glad to see some of you getting on board my Trevino bandwagon.Trevino could be what we have been needing since Pudge. He may do wonders for the team and now is the time to find out what he's got.
It only makes sense. Youth vs old. Chirinos and Mathis should not be considered as future. This is Trevinos time.Glad to see some of you getting on board my Trevino bandwagon.
