@Yellow Fuzzies - We are regrouping in our 30 team league and trying to fill 6 teams from the guys that left. I think you would be an awesome addition and I bet our old buddy Reverend (Don't call me Reverend anymore!) Jim would think so as well. @MilkSpiller22 , @TKOSpikes, do you agree?

trout is such an easy #1!!!

the rest, not so much... I think I could make a good argument for any of them....

I would probably go Betts... But I would not even attempt to convince anyone to not take yellich… Yellich's biggest problem is health... But Milwaukee is a better place to play than atlanta or Los Angeles... So...

Bro, take a look at Yelich's stats. He hasn't been under 475 ABs for the past three years, and until he got cracked in the kneecap, he was rocking and rolling. I agree about Trout, but don't write off Yelich so quickly. That said, Bellinger, Betts, Acuna, they ain't so shabby either. However, anyone who has a shot at Trout needs to take it.

With all the recent issues that have been voiced I am a little reluctant. I am in 5 really good baseball leagues and mbbrl if that happens again this year.

it’s pretty much over now. We just had a mass exodus. Thanks to some rude owners. Some owners didn’t give the respect that Paul deserved and hounded him about draft taking too long or short or whatever.

and it just continued until Paul gave up and left. And then without Paul, some owners were demanding a coup de’tat Until we realized the ones who wanted that were all part of the cheating scandal in previous seasons in park place. So they all had to go. You don’t attempt to kill the king and survive yourself. So they were banished.

the rest was a free for all to fill those teams that left. A new guy, who claims to be friends with Paul in real life was able to find a lot of owners and to reward him for it we gave him commish duties. So everything is clearing up. It’s back to being a sunny day. And although Paul is gone. We will overcome. As the song goes. We will overcome!!!

I just stated some facts about cheating; dude told me straight up he'll throw me out. Whatever, I'll miss this league, but I'll live. :)

Hang in Chef.
I saw the exchange. Think he got a little hurt about the commish comment. Does not sound like it needs to be fatal.

Can't bring myself to quit, so I'll just zip it. At least until Paul finally answers me and gets me all revved up again. :suds::suds::suds:

Oh my...I've been kinda sorta prepared for this, 'cuz he's such a stubborn bastard.

Still hits me hard. Not so much in fantasy, but in real life baseball.

Jeff Passan of ESPN reports that Noah Syndergaard has a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and is expected to undergo Tommy John surgery.

The Mets have since confirmed the report. Jon Heyman of MLB Network adds that surgery will take place on Thursday. Syndergaard began feeling elbow discomfort before spring training was suspended and opted for surgery after seeking multiple opinions on his MRI. There's no sugarcoating it: This is brutal news for Syndergaard and the Mets, who view themselves as a win-now team. Surgery will keep Syndergaard sidelined through at least the early part of the 2021 season, which is also his contract year. As for the Mets' rotation, this situation ended up sorting itself out, though obviously not in an ideal way. Steven Matz and Michael Wacha are now both in line to make the rotation whenever the 2020 season begins, joining Jacob deGrom, Marcus Stroman, and Rick Porcello.

honestly, i just think this is even more evidence that there won't be much of a season this year if one at all... as of last week, people were projecting Noah as a dark horse to win the CY.... if there was a season, i doubt he would be getting this surgery...

Good point, that makes a lot of sense.
