Interested in seeing how the Big East is ranked.

Even though they've been pretty bad, RPI has them OK.

Also curious how they're going to rank anything as almost every team has a mediocre resume. Almost every team has either no really good wins, or a really bad loss.

The only team I'd say right now that has a solid, solid resume is Gonzaga.

I'm curious to see where they have the mid Major programs. More specifically the A-10 and San Diego State. I don't think it's a stretch to think both Dayton and San Diego State could be in the top 10.

I'm also curious to see where teams rank that have played difficult schedules but have 3/4 losses. Teams like UNC, Purdue, Michigan etc.

My top 5 prediction:

1. Ohio State
2. Kansas
3. Gonzaga
4. Duke
5. Dayton

Totally agree on Dayton and SDSU. I thinl theyre both going to be Top 10-12. Onviously in interested in the B10 and where they shake out. I thinl theres a good shot we could see as many as 7 or 8 teams in the Top 25.

I think Gonzaga should be #1. True road wins over 2 Pac 12 teams with good records.

At this point, I think you have to call a good win, a win against someone who has a good record.

I'm not really sure how else they will separate the logjam of 8-2 teams.

I personally think Gonzaga has the better resume than OSU or Kansas, but I think the metric portion of it will be more favorable to OSU.

Who's the 2nd true road win besides Arizona?

Im pretty satisfied with Iowas resume and metrics right now. Neutral court win over Texas Tech, road wins vs Cuse and ISU. No bad losses. KenPom of 21 with the top ranked offensive efficiency on the country . Could be a top 20 team right now imo

B1G with 12 of the top 61. Gophers come in at 48. Happy with that all things considered.

Stanford at 9 was surprising. Until I looked at what theyve done this year.

Surprised to see Iowa so low especially being behind Illinois. 33 is fine for now though especially given how high the rest of the B10 ranks

For once, I can say, I'm pretty satisfied with the rankings.

For me, the rankings are pretty consistent with what teams have done.

Stanford is in the Top 10 because they destroyed Oklahoma on a neutral floor. That's kind of what the NCAA has to go on right now.

Big 10 is gonna be an absolute bloodbath. 11 teams in the Top 51.

And here is a first hand reason why I think NET is still very flawed(especially early on)

Marquette was 50th(even as high as 58 about a week ago) with no bad losses(but they were blowouts) and a 10-2 record. That was basically because we didn't have great wins and we beat a team like Robert Morris by 4 and Jacksonville by 19(Markus didnt play and we were up 23 at half).

Now yesterday we route #328 Central Arkansas by 52 and move up 13 fucking spots to 37. Thats ridiculous. And the sad thing is we could have won by about 70 if we wanted to. Howard played half the game and McEwen didnt even play.

That is a clear promotion of the blood bath.

Yea, that's funny.

I also noticed that Villanova moved up 3 or 4 spots ... for beating the team that was #1 NET at the time, Kansas.

Definitely without a doubt flawed.

I think there's gonna be some serious dart throwing this year by the NCAA.
