Alabama vs. Tennessee will ALWAYS be a Rivalry. It was still a Rivalry when Tennessee won 10 out of 12 before Saban and will survive this streak too, which will end one day. Just like the Alabama-Auburn Rivalry survived 9 straight by 'Bama from '73-'81 and 6 straight by Auburn '02-07, Tenn-Ala and LSU-Alabama survived 11 in a row from 1971-81 and the Vols wicked streak in the late '90s-early '00s and LSU's streak in the '00s. All 3 rivalries will be equal on the field soon enough after Saban retires.
