... just the same stupid dumassery type penalties … week in & week out. That's undisciplined and that's on the coaching.

you can assume that, but sometimes players just don't execute, and the coach can't come in and play for them. the center was also new and they were playing in front of 90,000 georgia fans.

What totally chaps my ass is this is not a one-off type dilemma.

It's the same dumb shyt every dayum week with the procedure & false start LOS stuff. It's beyond maddening at this point and it's been a Kelly staple since he's been here.

If he could just fix half of them, at this point, I'd might forgive some of it … but, alas, he doesn't.

Great game, I figured Georgia would win but the Irish would show better than people thought they would. All I have to say about Notre Dame not being very good is go ask the Georgia locker room if Notre Dame can play football.

They only had 12 attempts. They had nearly as many penalties as rushing attempts

they obviously couldn't depend on their running game. georgia has a stable of good backs, and ran all night.

lol, this is the first regular season game they've lost in 2 seasons. they fought through mistakes, only lost by 6, on the road to a more talented #3 team, and could have won had the referees not blown two important calls.

the playing field is not level in college football. nd exceeded expectations.

I was agreeing with you and, now, you wanna 'debate' the dumb ass penalties that plague this team … week in & week out, after you pointed it out in this very game.

Lemme clue ya in ... I'm not "assuming" anything in this regard. I live in South Bend area ... it's not just me making the "assumption" about this long-term problem with this team. It's the thousands of local radio callers & local radio show hosts that clamor about it after dayum near every game, every week. It's like clockwork when game discussions are broadcast.

Now, if you wanna keep going on about it ... have at it. I know better … this is squarely on the coaches for not making it a fixable issue. Again ... I could see if this was just some sporadic one-off game, but it's not. It's the same stuff ... an established pattern.

Well getting into the CFP now seems all but shot. With that said we stand a chance of beating the Pac 12 South champ(USC) and the ACC Coastal champ(UVA). But those seems to be fringe top 25 teams. Even running the table isn't going to be enough I think. Still this game went better than I thought it would.

Well, I guess it's from the many thousands of callers and the local radio show hosts that put it at the forefront of game discussion … dayum near every week.

Hell, Kelly's pressers are riddled with "well we really need to clean up the silly mistakes". It's become somewhat of a running joke around here when they discuss the games each & every week.
