Only a really retarded person would believe the shit posted by the OP and I know that you are smarter than that. No one knows what's going to happen
No one knows that is true. I doubt even KD knows yet for sure what he wants. But it's a very very good chance he's leaving, and the Knicks are one of the few realistic places to go

Correct...and while I don't like Stephen A he's the only one who said Lebron and Bosh to Miami per his sources....wasn't the only one but had him going to LA. Sheridan only one with him coming back.

Woj had nothing.

The difference is Woj doesn't make speculations and predictions. He reports the news. And he reports it faster than anyone out there.

Absolutely correct.

But would you bet the farm on this "100% done deal"?

Kyrie is leaving. No Kyrie, no AD extension (Who is he signing on to play with? 80% of Hayward and old man Horford?). No AD extension, no trade offer including Tatum. No Tatum, no chance at beating offers from Knicks or Lakers.

Last year, this would have been the best offer. Now it probably won't be or it's close. But the offer has never been made so we don't even know if it is an offer.

Boston - Tatum, a combo of #14, #20, #22, maybe add Jaylen but I doubt it
C's can also add:
  • Marcus Smart - (reasonable contract, great leadership guy on a young team)
  • Memphis pick - (future contingent)
  • Robert Williams - (add on with some upside)

If the Celtics get AD, you really think Kyrie is gonna walk?

He plateaued a bit from his rookie season, causing concern over his upside potential.
There's an obvious reason for that... Kyrie came back and bit into the scoring load of everybody.

Celtics can't trade for AD until Kyrie's current contract is off the books. He could already be gone (and seems to be now anyway).

Regular season stats, not postseason. Kyrie only played 7 more games in the regular season this year vs last.

Correct me if I'm wrong... but Kyrie can't walk until July... after the draft.

Any trade for A.D. would presumably happen before the draft in June.

In this scenario Kyrie would know what is going on and decide to redo his contract to make way for his buddy Davis to join the team.

Fair enough there... Hayward too, though, who plays the same position (wing).

Boston can't trade for AD with Kyrie still on the roster under his current contract, and that doesn't expire until the new league year opens on 7/1.

Well if it is true they could potentially sign KD and Kyrie or Kemba then trade for AD. They have to send over to N.O. at least $21.6M to abide by the NBA trade rules.

The question is, is this the best offer?

Barrett $6.52M
Dennis Smith Jr. $4.46M
Kevin Knox $4.38M
Lance Thomas $7.58M ($1M guaranteed, N.O. can just release him)
They could even add Mitchell Robinson $1.56 if N.O. wanted him.

That's around $24.5M

NY's roster would be:
Kyrie/Kemba
KD
AD
Ntilikina
Trier
Ellenson
Dotson

Kyrie could redo his contract in that scenario, to open the door for a Davis trade in June.

NY wouldn't be able to trade for AD until after they possibly sign their two bigtime FA's so Boston and other teams would have time to try and acquire AD as well.

...and unicorns could come to save the day. I don't see any circumstance were Kyrie isn't gone (and I expect to the Knicks with Durant).

I do hope the Knicks pull this move. The West crushed the lotto last night. Pretty much not what the power balance needed.

Last night, the Knicks had to pay the bill for the Patrick Ewing draft
