Man that kid really can do it all. They're just highlights, but he was just blowing guys off the line of scrimmage. Looks like a guy who fits what the Huskies want from their TEs really well.

Some big name schools were after that kid including USC, LSU, Bama, UGA, etc ..

Apparently he's best friends with Ethan Garbers which probably played a role in his deciding to commit to UW.

Definitely a great signing. Given the fact that we didn't sign a TE in the 2019 or 2018 classes, this is huge. Watching his highlights he shows a really great ability to put defenders on their backs and also uses his frame well to get open and make contested catches. Only thing I can knock him on is that he looks a bit sluggish in and out of his breaks, but I assume with time that'll be improved and that's to be expected when you're 6'6 250lbs.

His tape looks great. Really great blocking TE who can run routes well and makes some nice catches. Big get for a big need. I suspect we'll be shooting to take one more TE for the class so great start for that position for the 2020 class.
WOOF!!!

Not trying to say he will be T.J. Hockenson, but his size and overall well rounded game compare pretty well.

UW hasn't offered him. Makes no sense.

We're not Oregon, we don't just offer anyone. Throughout Petersen's tenure he has been very selective with who the program offers scholarships.

I'm not offering a prediction on if we will offer him, but UW has 52 known offers out and over the last 3 recruiting cycles the team has offered between 80-100 guys, so there is still a possibility.

I don't think the OKG thing is bullshit, otherwise we'd be sending out offers to every top prospect across the country. There could be a number of reasons for not offering him.
