Basketball is a game of runs. Irvine is a good team and they made their run. On to Virginia

They have the defense to beat anyone in their region. I still have doubts that they can play good enough offense for 40 minutes to stay ahead.

There isn’t a more consistent player in the country, especially when it comes to his motor. Stewart is the ultimate energy-giver, and that showed during the second day of the McDonald’s All-American practices. The strong, chiseled big man, ran the court, played physical in the paint and pursued every loose rebound with vigor. Stewart also showed confidence in his jump shot, both from mid-range and three over the past two days. While that’s a welcomed addition to his game, it’s his physicality, athleticism, rim running and energy that makes him such a good prospect.
