Chip Kelly didn’t last long as GM but he traded Nick Foles for Sam Bradford, Lesean McCoy for Kiko Alonso, and cut Desean Jackson outright. He would have been an all time contender if he didn’t get shitcanned.

Sashi Brown had a chance to be way worse than Millen.

But the chance was fleating. Bob Quinn is doin what he can, while he can.

Do owners who meddle in general manager affairs count?

If so, Dan Snyder, Al Davis and Jerry Jones need mentioning here.

If so, Mike Ditka also certainly needs mentioning here.

And signed a useless demarco Murray to a huge contract.

The incredible Howie fixed that right away.

Gruden turned Amari Cooper, a 3rd and a 5th into Antonio Brown and a 1st. Doing something right.

Bill Kuharich at least gives Millen a run for his money.

In the same vein as Sashi Brown, Ray Farmer has to be mentioned as one who had potential. Among his most idiotic moves:

Passing on Khalil Mack to trade down to #7, and then passing on drafting OBJ, Aaron Donald, and many others for Justin Gilbert, who was never, ever good.

Trading up for/Drafting Johnny Manziel

Signing Dwayne Bowe

Drafting Danny Shelton over a number of better players, and drafting Cam Erving in the first round, wasting the pick he got from trading down the year before

Trading down and passing on a franchise QB to draft Corey Coleman, who was a total bust

Al Davis was among the worst from the 90s on but had a great run from the 60s through the 80s and won three Super Bowls. When averaged out I can't put him on the worst list.
