I love what Pace has done with this team.

Yeah, barring health derailing us next season - I think this team will do serious damage.

I'm actually happy we have a seemingly difficult schedule. Nobody in the league scares me and that should really battle test this team for the (potential) post-season.

The division is ours to lose until someone else proves themselves.

I really wish we would have had our hearts broken this weekend instead of last. Since I stated that if we just won our game at home in the WC round and lost in the divisional - there'd be zero way I could be upset.

Ah well... I like the Pagano hire and I'm interested to see what new personnel Pace brings in. Along with who he brings back.

Without question the most fun season I've seen for our Bears in many years. I've already seen some references to the possibility of them being one year wonders, ala the Jaguars Fuggedaboudit, this is not a fly-by-night, one time success story. This team is built for the long term. The defense is young, yet already established, and deep. The offense, while struggling and still growing, is maturing rapidly and I suspect will soon become a force to be reckoned with. We obviously have to see how the offseason plays out - who we lose, who we acquire, the draft, the preseason. But I'm pretty damn sure I'll be predicting a solid season this Fall with us going deep in playoffs.

If Pace can somehow figure out how to add more of an all-around back in place of Howard, along with Trubisky's development and the whole offense having a year under their belts: this team could be really damn good next year.

I didn't expect the season to turn out as well as it did. With as many unknowns going into the season, mainly is Nagy a real head coach. He didn't disappoint.

I'll see myself out

In today's NFL, it looks like finding good coordinators is getting easier and easier. Too many teams looking for young offensive playcallers, that leaves the older, established and good coordinators with head coaching experience readily available.

Pagano is a really nice hire for us, and with all the talent we have here, we'll be just fine with him.

I couldn't agree more... Think he will do just fine as the Bear DC, plus having a former HC to be there in the off chance Nagy has questions, couldn't hurt. Say what you will, but folks do learn from mistakes, or should. Pagano made a few as a HC.
