Doesn't each team have a system? It tickles me when people refer to system players. Oyyyy that is the way shit works on all teams.
It kinda seemed like he was pursuing that deal more than the other way around though. He just wants another HOF QB to work with.
They did miss the platoffs, but they also went 11-5 w/o Brady. 11-5 is usually good enough during most seasons. The Pats missed the playoffs with Matt Cassel. And in Denver, McD didn't make the playoffs either. Brady is the only reason Josh McDaniels has any clout whatsoever.

10-5. Brady played the first game even though he got injured.
When McD doesn't have Brady, he isn't as good.
Brady didn't even finish the 1st qtr of that game
Obviously doesn't understand how stats are kept for QBs. Brady started the game. The Pats won. It's counted as a win for Tom Brady. Doesn't matter if he left in the 1st or the 4th.
Long in the tooth? Rodgers is 35 and Brady is 41.
I said a little long in the tooth, Brady is on the 19th hole

When McD had Tebow, the Broncos were good.
You're pickin nits and you know it. McDaniels coached Cassell up all pre-season and throughout the year culminating in 11 wins after Brady went down.
Oh, the clamor for Broncos coaches is deafening!!!!!
McDaniels just needed a good GM like Belichick. The Broncos weren't good with McDaniels. When McD doesn't have Brady, he's isn't nearly as successful as people expect him to be. Perhaps if he had started Tebow in Denver, he may have saved himself from getting fired. Guess he wasn't smart enough to do that though.
