Rejects the Colts to show how smart he is, than gets rejected by Aaron Rodgers, so he is taking his ball and going home.
Good for Josh and he is better off, I am sure no head coach wants a QB that is not coach-able. When a players head gets so big he starts to shun the coaching staff you want to avoid that at all cost.
I won't disagree with that. I like Luck a lot.He had a chance to coach Luck for the next decade, he will live to regret that decision

Jim Irsay.....
Told you, he’s holding out for the Patriots job.
Good OC but not a very good HC. It should be interesting to see how he does without Brady to make him look good.
Yeah but I think he’s banking on the system players still being around so he can go out and get a young QB to plug in. Plus he could get a bigger payday for being loyal to the organization and helping them win multiple Super Bowls.Problem is, once Brady is gone, McDaniels isn't gonna look so hot.

Everyone gets a reality check at some point. Josh is just hoping it comes after the other check."System" players aren't gonna mean anything without Brady.
He's a grown man, but he's still a child inside.
Like he's that obvious fuck-up who can't make it on his own, gets picky with life choices, then runs back to their parents house and everyone else takes notice and not being bothered.
Perfect metaphor for this.
