1. Keep FClark
2. Keep KJ(man I hope he gets to 100%)
3. Find a new #1 WR that can show up in big games(I think DB is nearing the end)
4. Find a plug for the Dline to slow down the run.
5. As always never deal with the devil(the Bill B and the Pats)

1. Keeping Frank Clark is our #1 priority... Carroll discussed this morning that they have been in negotiations/discussions w/ Clarks party for some time now... He seemed very certain that Clark would be a Seahawk next season...

2. I'm up in the air with KJ... Tough business decision... It would depend on what kind of money/years he would be asking for... My guess is that we will resign him, especially with the report, chemistry and relationship Wagner and he have on and off the field...

3. I feel like we'll be ok for another year if we don't address a #1 WR option this year... We have holes at DE, DT, Safety and OL that need addressed first, imo... I would rather use our first 3 draft picks on those positions...

4. IMO, we need to address DE and DT... We need a run stopper and pass rush opposite Frank Clark...

5. I see what you're saying but we did get the better end of the deal when we traded for Coleman...

I think they need to play Poona Ford more. He is a solid run stuffer and no one can block him 1 on 1. He just needs more exp at the NFL level is all. Then you got a beast DT in Reed that was brought in to be the run stuffer but Reed found a pass rush this season. Let the DT grow, no need to pick their in the draft. Most of the long runs were not up the gut anyway they were around the edges. DE help is needed, Clark is you only DE really but we do have some young guys that might mature ( Green, Martin both rookies and had sparks ). Getting some CB that could tackle in space would REALLY help. If Kendricks is able to play next season ( BIG IF ) that will help fill out the LBer group. DB help again is needed.

Oline needs to just grow together and lets not forget we got 3 guys young guys on the bench (Hunt, Jones, and Simmons) and a compitent vet ( also young ) in Procic that was thrown into the fire a little bit this year. Sure Procic had some growing pains but that i think has to do with him having SO MUCH on his plate. They have him learning EVERY position on the line ( ala Britt ). Once they stop that shit and settle him into a spot he will be solid.

CB, DE, got to find a stud WR a guy that you think can become a big time player with good size and speed. This is the guy in a couple years that will be Locketts partner in crime. Depth, this team needs depth in places to get the nice rotations going again. Many of you here say it takes 2 years for a WR to adjust, that means it's time to grab one.

forgot Safety help, need either a true FS or a SS that can be that enforcer like Kam was. A SS thats able to play near the LoS successfully would be nice.

I feel like if we felt we needed a WR, we would've addressed it midseason... Dez Bryant was out there, too...

With the wear and tear/ age from our OL, I feel like we need to at least start addressing some back fills... Lots of injuries on the OL this year along the OL...

DJ Flucker has only played 16 games twice in his career. They knew they were getting a oft injured player when they signed him. But they have people that can fill in for him and do a good job, Simmons and Procic. Sweezy was in 15 games. Idedi? he was in for 15 games. Britt was solid even on a down year, next season will be better for him no doubt, Brown is the old man on the line so maybe they start looking for his replacement? LT are hard to find a replacement for unless you draft one early like top 15th pick.

You will be VERY VERY lucky to find one where the Hawks are picking. Not much work to do on the Oline other than another season with solari who all ready showed what he could do for the worst Oline in football. From one of the worst Olines to middle of the pack in 1 off season. Thats a DAMN big improvement for 1 offseason when you are talking about pretty much the same guys as last year.

this is the first year in a long time where Oline is not a top 3 priority for me.

We should spend all of our picks on OL and DL.

Just a shame we wasted our first last year on a rb

Looks like i was right about penny not being able to break a damn tackle, and i was right about the kind of back we needed. just turned out he was already on the roster.

Not a whole lot, lets hope he realizes that he is a BIG back and starts running like it. He just has to get that mindset is all because he has the body for it. Those style of runners have to have that mindset to be that way, right now Penny still thinks he can out run people like he did in college.

Don't hurt your arm patting yourself on the back. We finally got a 1000 yard season from our #1 back. Penny (& Davis) did what he had to do and that was make sure Carskn didn't end up on the KR. Keep thinking negative...

No one has mentioned TE yet. We don't need an all world guy, but Dickson was injured too much and Vannett doesn't seem to be an offensive weapon.

I wouldn't mind competition, but I'd still like to see what Disley really has when healthy. Quotes from early in the season had me believing that Dickson's injury may not have been as serious as his PUP listing would've indicated (at least it appeared Dickson didn't think so). As for Vannett - he was 4th on the team in receptions, so I can't say that he wasn't used, we just didn't throw that often this season.

I forgot about Dissley! I hope he can come back and contribute.

yeah i like our TE position with Dissly and Vannett. I thought we got great production from the group when taking into account on how the Hawks play.
